Delivered in Dutch at your premises. Travel and any external venue costs are agreed separately in advance. We discuss other languages or delivery formats during the introductory conversation.
Implementation, an extensive organisational audit and further support require a separate proposal.
Do we need technical AI knowledge?
You need to be able to explain the application and the work involved. Missing technical facts become questions to investigate.
Do we need to complete the ECA beforehand?
This is optional. The free Enterprise Coherence Assessment helps with preparation; participants choose what to share. It is a reflection tool, not a validated benchmark.
How do we track progress?
The plan names owners, indicators and decision points. If there is no baseline, start there. Business value is tested during execution.
